Kato is a sought after coach. He helps people from a variety of backgrounds and ages address challenges in their lives and use their minds in service of their goals. He draws on his experience of being a doctor, his artistry and meditation training to address issues including the following:
- Anxiety and stress
- Relationship difficulties, both personal and in the workplace
- Creative block
Sessions are one-to-one and last between 1-1.5 hours. Kato sees his clients in person in London or on Skype. His approach is very practical, stemming from his philosophy that everything flows when we take care of our wellbeing first. He has also coached businesses on improving productivity and stress reduction in the work place.
